Through the Bredata master plan, the City of Breda has made its ambition clear: it aims to be a leader in digitalization. But in true Breda style: putting people first.

gr8 agency helps us clearly convey the Bredata story, which focuses on the digitalization of society, to various target groups. After several workshops, a powerful narrative was developed that forms the foundation for communication about digitalization in and for Breda. It's a topic that affects many people and can be quite challenging from a societal perspective, making precise communication essential.

‘Breda wants to become the most digitally inclusive city in the Netherlands.’ That’s Bredata’s ambition. But how do you bring such a bold goal to life — and make sure it’s more than just a good idea on paper?

With 15 ongoing digitalisation projects and a wide range of stakeholders (read: target audiences), defining the right communication structure and key messages was no small task. Because what do you tell whom — and how? That communication challenge brought the Municipality of Breda to gr8 agency. The goal: sharpen the message and bring structure to the story.
Through a series of working sessions, we helped the team focus their communication efforts. We wrote the stories behind the strategy and shaped key communication moments — like the Smart City Expo in Barcelona. Today, we continue to support the Municipality of Breda and the Bredata team with hands-on communication support.
