Foundation "With Your Heart"
More than half of people over 75 feel lonely. And as the average age within the Netherlands increases rapidly, the problem of loneliness is growing quickly as well. Yet it remains an invisible problem, with little attention given to lonely seniors. Volunteer organization Foundation With Your Heart aims to reverse this trend. That aim starts with making this hidden issue visible.
To raise awareness of our foundation’s important social work among a wider audience, gr8 agency developed a beautiful, professional campaign that truly touches people’s hearts. ‘I’m bored to death’ became a well-thought-out campaign with excellent execution. gr8 agency’s dedication and drive were exceptional. ‘I'm Bored to Death’ Campaign
We wanted a cross-media campaign that would confront the Netherlands with the hard facts: if we don’t act, the number of lonely seniors will rise to 1.1 million by 2030. Loneliness causes unhappiness, illness, and increases the risk of premature death. The concept ‘I’m Bored to Death’ was born. A phased campaign with multiple communication lines achieved millions in reach, resulting in a record number of new volunteer sign-ups as a key outcome.
